Get to know Tristan
Hello, my name is Tristan Phoenix. I’m 16 years old and proudly born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. I’ve been passionate about skateboarding since I was six, and I began teaching others when I was just 11. Skateboarding has been a huge part of my life, and sharing that passion through instruction has been incredibly rewarding.
My Story
My accomplishments
In 2021, I won my divisions Florida titles in the Street and Park categories of the Florida Amateur Skateboard League (FASL). That same year, I skated my way the National Championship titles in Vert and Street in the California Amateur Skateboard League (CASL). I won Florida again in 2022 in all 3 categories. In 2023, I took the overall win in the Vert and Park categories. I also had strong performances in the Grind for Life Series (now known as The Boardr Series), consistently placing on the podium and earning several event wins. In 2022, I won the overall season title in my age group for the Grind for Life Series. I was a member of the Monster Army for 2 years in 2023 and 2024, and I picked up by Globe shoes when I was 11, and I have skated for them ever since.

Program Description:
Trauma Sk8 Academy is the instructional arm of Trauma Skateboards & Scooters, a family-owned shop located at the Ormond Beach Skatepark in Ormond Beach, Florida. We offer skateboard lessons designed for various skill levels, focusing on skill-building in a fun, supportive environment. Our programs promote strength, agility, flexibility, movement, stamina, balance, coordination, teamwork, fair play, and positive attitudes toward physical fitness and health through hands-on skateboarding activities.

Policys
1: Cancellations and refunds are only allowed before the lesson begins. Once the lesson has been provided to you or your child, refunds cannot be issued.
2: Once the lesson has started, we kindly ask that parents or guardians allow our teacher to conduct the lesson without interruption so they can provide the best learning experience possible.
